How do you ensure plants stay healthy during shipping?
We use specialized eco-friendly packaging designed to secure the plant and retain moisture. Each plant is hand-inspected and carefully wrapped to prevent shifting and temperature shock during transit.
What is your return policy for live plants?
We offer a 14-day 'Arrive Alive' guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or in poor health, simply send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery, and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. To minimize time spent in a dark box, we generally ship plants on Mondays and Tuesdays to avoid weekend delays at courier warehouses.
Do your pots come with drainage holes?
Most of our decorative planters are designed with drainage holes to prevent root rot. For those without, we recommend using a nursery liner or adding a layer of horticultural charcoal at the bottom.
Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?
Orders can be modified or cancelled within 12 hours of placement. Once a plant has been fetched from the greenhouse and prepared for boxing, we are unable to make further changes.
